Quick Summary

Project Details

Construction of a new 7,500 SF parish family center on an active campus. Construction activities were scheduled around weekly ministries, programs, and masses to achieve minimal interference and provide continued updates for all parishioners.  The project included demolition of a very old church and salvage of historical elements like the pews and timber frames.  The new building was a slab-on-grade with wood-framed single-story structure with steel beams.  The facility included new parish administration offices, meeting rooms, commercial kitchen, and community gathering spaces.  Site services included crossing a major thoroughfare and preserving a gas-main right-of-way through the new parking lot.
