Quick Summary

Project Details

This project required us to construct the new Community Police Office on Granville Street in Richmond and consisted of selective demolition and structural, architectural, M&E modifications to an existing 12,000 sf building to accommodate a new police services facility.  This included security fencing, security walls & ceilings, cameras, intrusion system, high security holding area and related offices and interview rooms.  The project also required a significant upgrade to the main electrical service and replacement of pad-mount transformer, as well as the addition of a new fire-protection system.  The front of the building features a series of high-impact police bollards and flag poles, as depicted in this photo.
