Construction of a new 15,000 SF Catholic church on an active campus which required regular schedule adjustments to accommodate everyday activities of the parishioners and staff. Under a design-build contract, édifice provided pre-construction services which then converted to a lump sum contract.  The project included an 8,000 sf underground CIP conrete parkade built on a significantly sloped site, requiring the use of stormwater management techniques to divert underground and surface water.  The entire project was sompleted in a record-breaking 12 months.
