This was a unique project and delivery method where we were responsible for assembling a team to design a new gender-neutral accessible change room for the City of Port Coquitlam.  The project had a very tight budget and required us to maintain full access to the pool during regular swim-season, while completely rebuilding the pool deck and gutter system, as well as replacing the complete mechanical system and upgrading electrical.  In addition, we re-purposed the original change room to become new administration, meeting, and storage rooms.  The contract format was converted to a lump-sum once all the major trades were tendered.
